Anticimex continues to grow in Asia as it announces another acquisition

Anticimex Group, the world’s fourth-largest pest control company, today announced its continued expansion in Singapore with the acquisition of James Pest Managers. James Pest offers high-quality services in pest control, mosquito and termite control towards all types of business sectors.
The acquisition is an excellent fit for our Singapore operation and gives a significant opportunity for further growth.
The transaction follows on Anticimex’s acquisition of Sita Pest Control & Fumigation Services, Clean-Environ Pest Management, Alliance Pest Management and three other transactions, it forms part of its strategy to expand its presence in the Singapore market via organic growth and further acquisitions.
